I was missing some new elements like the "project search".
Added the .heads styles, too.

Thanks to muhh and trehn i recognized my Gitweb was way to old.

Removed some declarations

Added styles for "history view"

Refactoring (fluid, new styles, fonts, css3)

* Some non-monospace fonts
* Images replaced with css-gradients
* Style adjusted to new GitHub
* Fluid width

Better font-size for tag/branch label

Changed base font-size to px

There where big differences between Safari and Firefox with their base
font settings.

Ignore local test files

Changed Header to elastic height (em) to grow with increased font-size

Vertical alignment of RSS-Buttons was wrong
